Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat pita
- 1/3 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbs peanut butter
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs raisins
Method
- Fill a 6 1/2-inch whole-wheat pita with 1/3 cup fat-free ricotta cheese mixed with 1 tablespoon each peanut butter and honey. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon raisins in the pita mixture.
