Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 large can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. macaroni shells
  • 1 c. rotini
  • 1 (32 oz.) bottle spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Cook macaroni for 7 minutes or longer, drain.
  • In large skillet, brown beef and add onion, green pepper, mushrooms and pepperoni.
  • Cook 15 minutes approximately.
  • Drain; add macaroni and spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Place in buttered dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350° until hot and cheese melts.
