- 1 (7 1/4 ounce) packagemacoroni and cheese
- 6 cups water
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) packagesliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Method
- Set aside the cheese packet from the dinner mix, and add macoroni to boiling water.
- Add macoroni, and cook 8-10 minutes or until tender.
- In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, and drain.
- Drain macoroni, and stir in the contents of cheese packet.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, and sprinkle cheddar cheese.
- Top with beef mixture, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzerella cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees or until heated through.
