- 4-5 pork chops
- Potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Brown pork chops in a skillet.
- Grease casserole dish and place cut potatoes (1/4 inch thick) in the bottom.
- Salt and pepper.
- Add in pork chops on top of the potatoes.
- Then add in 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Cover the dish.
