Ingredients
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 1 c. water
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
Method
- In a 2-quart casserole dish, spread raw rice on bottom of dish.
- Stir 1 cup of water into the soup mix.
- Pour soup mix over rice.
- Brown the pork chops; place on top of soup and rice.
- Pour the soup on top of pork chops.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
