Ingredients
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 to 6 pork chops or pork steaks (thick)
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Fry pork chops with sliced onions.
- Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan or roaster.
- Layer potatoes, pork chops (or steak), onion and another layer of potatoes.
- Mix soup and water.
- Pour over layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350°.
