Ingredients
- 6 c. potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- salt to taste
Method
- Peel and boil potatoes in salt water until soft.
- Pour off water and mash.
- Set aside to cool.
- Add flour and roll into thick, ropelike strips on floured board and lightly flatten.
- Cut into squares and bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream or dice and fry onion in butter or margarine until tender. Add a small can of cream.
- Heat this mixture and pour over potato buns.
- Serve hot.
