Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. shortening or margarine
- 2 c. crushed/rolled potato chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients. Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork. (It helps if you cool the batter down a little in the fridge.) Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 325° for 10 minutes (maybe a little longer) or until golden brown. Yield: 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
