Ingredients
- 8 to 10 pork chops
- 4 to 5 large potatoes
- 1 large pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 soup cans water
Method
- Trim fat from chops and brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Slice potatoes and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Mix dry onion soup mix with mushroom soup and the water.
- Mix well and pour into large casserole dish.
- Add potato slices.
- Place pork chops on top of potatoes and bake at 400° for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender.
