Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. coarsely grated raw potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. coarsely grated raw carrots
- 1/2 c. coarsely grated onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
Method
- Heat
- oven to 375°.
- Combine potatoes, carrots and onion in buttered
- quart baking dish.
- Blend soup, milk, salt and pepper
- and pour over vegetables.
- Cover.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Uncover, sprinkle
- with
- cheese
- and bake an additional 15 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
