Ingredients
- 3 c. Ricotta cheese
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (48 oz.) jar Prego three cheese sauce
- 12 cooked lasagne noodles
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella and eggs.
- Brown beef, stirring to separate meat.
- Pour off fat.
- Stir in Prego sauce.
- In each of two 2-quart shallow baking dishes, layer 1 cup Prego mixture, 2 noodles and 1 cup cheese mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining noodles, remaining Prego mixture and Parmesan.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 12.
