Ingredients

  • 3 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (48 oz.) jar Prego three cheese sauce
  • 12 cooked lasagne noodles
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella and eggs.
  • Brown beef, stirring to separate meat.
  • Pour off fat.
  • Stir in Prego sauce.
  • In each of two 2-quart shallow baking dishes, layer 1 cup Prego mixture, 2 noodles and 1 cup cheese mixture.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Top with remaining noodles, remaining Prego mixture and Parmesan.
  • Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
  • Serves 12.
