Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. macaroni
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 egg, beaten well
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Boil macaroni until tender.
- Drain.
- Stir in butter, salt, egg and cheese.
- Pour milk just even with top.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until set around edges, but a little shaky in center so it will not be dry.
- Thickens as it cools.
