Ingredients
- 2 pkg. boneless breast tenders
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. dried chopped onion
- 2 tsp. dry chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
Method
- Use a small bowl to mix yogurt, dried onion, dehydrated chicken broth and sherry.
- Arrange chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Cover with sliced mushrooms and yogurt mixture.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake in 375° oven for about 25 minutes or until fork can be inserted with ease. Serve over rice.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
