Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. boneless breast tenders
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. dried chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. dry chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms

Method

  • Use a small bowl to mix yogurt, dried onion, dehydrated chicken broth and sherry.
  • Arrange chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Cover with sliced mushrooms and yogurt mixture.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake in 375° oven for about 25 minutes or until fork can be inserted with ease. Serve over rice.
  • Makes 4 to 6 servings.
