Ingredients
- 2 c. seedless raisins
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Cover raisins an inch or so over the top with water.
- Cook until good and plump over low heat.
- Mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon and flour. Add enough water to make it like a thickening for gravy.
- Stir into raisins and continue cooking over low heat until thick.
- Pour into a 9-inch pie crust and make a lattice top. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar and bake at 350° until golden.
