Ingredients
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. jelly
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- dash ground allspice
- dash of salt
Method
- Combine raisins, water, jelly, orange peel and orange juice in saucepan.
- Bring to boil.
- Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, ground allspice and salt.
- Stir into orange mixture.
- Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
- Serve warm with cooked ham.
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
