Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry gelatin
- 2 pkg. frozen red raspberries, partially thawed
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 12 large marshmallows
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add the raspberries with juice.
- Pour into pan or mold and chill in refrigerator until firm. Combine marshmallows and cream cheese; mix together.
- Add whipping cream and beat with beater until thick or stiff.
- Spread over gelatin mixture.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Decorate top with candies. This looks great at Christmastime.
