Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry gelatin
  • 2 pkg. frozen red raspberries, partially thawed
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add the raspberries with juice.
  • Pour into pan or mold and chill in refrigerator until firm. Combine marshmallows and cream cheese; mix together.
  • Add whipping cream and beat with beater until thick or stiff.
  • Spread over gelatin mixture.
  • Chill thoroughly.
  • Decorate top with candies. This looks great at Christmastime.
