Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 12 cup cold water
  • 1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free lime gelatin
  • 12 cup boiling water
  • 3 (8 ounce) cartons nonfat key lime pie yogurt or 3 (8 ounce) cartonssugar-free fat-free lemon yogurt
  • 1 12 cups light whipped topping
  • 1 shortbread pie crust (8 inches)

Method

  • In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute.
  • In another bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water; stir in unflavored gelatin until dissolved.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until thickened.
  • Stir in yogurt.
  • Chill until partially set.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Chill until firm.
