Ingredients
- 3 c. rhubarb, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. oats
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. margarine
Method
- Preheat
- oven
- to
- 350°.
- Mix
- rhubarb with sugar and 3 tablespoons flour in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Mix oats, brown sugar
- and 1 1/2 cups flour in bowl.
- Cut in butter and margarine until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over rhubarb.
- Bake 40 minutes. May double

- 9 x 13-inch pan, leaving topping ingredients the same.
