Ingredients
- 2 c. peeled and cut one-inch pieces rhubarb
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz.) bag cinnamon candy
- 1 box white cake mix
Method
- Butter bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Spread rhubarb in bottom of pan.
- Spread marshmallows on top of rhubarb. Put cinnamon candy on marshmallows.
- Mix cake mix according to directions on the box.
- Pour this mixture on top of mixture in pan.
- Bake at 325° until done.
