Ingredients
- 2 cockerels
- 2 teaspoons of Ariosto Meat Seasoning, Roasted and Grilled
- 1 orange
Method
- I have first thoroughly washed under running water the cockerels. After that I have dried them with paper towels and I placed them on a baking tray.
- 2) At this point I have cut the orange rind into pieces, and I have placed it on various parts of the cockerels above the cuts that I have made with a knife on the skin and the flesh of the cockerel. I have poured over them the juice of the orange and then I sprinkled them with Ariosto Meat Seasoning, Roasted and Grilled.
- Meanwhile, I preheated the oven to 220°C/450F/Gas Mark 8 and I cooked the Cockerels for about 1 hour, turning them halfway through thir cooking and pouring over them the juice found at the bottom of the pan.
- 4) Serve them with a nice and fresh mixed salad.
