Ingredients
- 1 pt. (2 cups) strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) STELLA D'ORO ROMAN EGG BISCUITS, split lengthwise
Method
- Toss strawberries with sugar.
- Remove 1/2 cup of the strawberry mixture; set aside.
- Gently stir remaining strawberry mixture into whipped topping.
- Spoon 2 Tbsp.
- of the whipped topping mixture onto bottom half of each biscuit; cover with top of biscuit.
- Top with remaining whipped topping mixture and reserved strawberry mixture.
