Ingredients

  • 1 pt. (2 cups) strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) STELLA D'ORO ROMAN EGG BISCUITS, split lengthwise

Method

  • Toss strawberries with sugar.
  • Remove 1/2 cup of the strawberry mixture; set aside.
  • Gently stir remaining strawberry mixture into whipped topping.
  • Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  • of the whipped topping mixture onto bottom half of each biscuit; cover with top of biscuit.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping mixture and reserved strawberry mixture.
