Ingredients
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 can salmon, cleaned and diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. flour (enough to form patties)
Method
- Saute celery and onion in butter.
- Mix with other ingredients. Form patties.
- Let stand a few hours in fridge.
- Dip in egg, bread and fry.
