Ingredients
- 1 can salmon (red or pink)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 c. celery, diced fine
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle, diced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (if tartness is desired)
Method
- Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
- Flake fish.
- Dice 2 of the eggs and add to fish.
- Add celery, mayonnaise, pickle and lemon juice.
- Mix.
