Ingredients
- 1 lb. can red salmon
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
- 3 c. whole milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Clean and flake salmon.
- Cook with diced onion and butter or oleo until onion is soft.
- Add milk; add salt and pepper.
- Heat until milk is hot.
- Do not boil because milk will curdle.
- Serve with crackers.
