Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. plain flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream butter and sugar; add salt and vanilla and mix well. Add flour and nuts.
- Chill.
- Shape into small finger type rolls. Bake on buttered sheet 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.
- Roll in powdered sugar.
