Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/4 lb. sausage (cooked until crumbly)
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles.
  • Place in ungreased baker.
  • Press over bottom and halfway up sides to form crust.
  • Seal perforations.
  • Crumb sausage over crust.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
