Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/4 lb. sausage (cooked until crumbly)
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles.
- Place in ungreased baker.
- Press over bottom and halfway up sides to form crust.
- Seal perforations.
- Crumb sausage over crust.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
