Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can beef consomme plus enough water to make 3 c.
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 chopped small onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Mix all other ingredients with sausage and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours in a 2-quart dish. Cover with foil to bake.
