Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Method
- Saute sausage until brown.
- Remove from skillet and pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat.
- Saute onion in fat until yellow; add cabbage, sprinkle with water and cook.
- Return sausage to onion and cabbage mixture.
- Add rice.
- Heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
