Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 3 Tbsp. sherry wine
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Method
- Cover chicken livers with ice water for 1 1/2 hours.
- Drain and dry.
- Flour lightly.
- Saute in butter with grated onion.
- Add sherry and parsley.
- Cook until most of sauce disappears.
