Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 3/4 c. white sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. Bac*Os or bacon bits
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
- grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook chopped cabbage 8 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain.
- Put into buttered casserole.
- Pour on white sauce and sprinkle on cheese.
- Put on green pepper.
- Cover with bread crumbs and bacon.
- Bake in 375° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
