Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
- 3 lb. potatoes, partially cooked in water
Method
- Place potatoes in greased casserole dish.
- Melt cream cheese, butter and celery soup together.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook uncovered for 45 minutes.
- Cover and cook for 15 additional minutes.
