Ingredients
- 5 lg. potatoes
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
Method
- Peel potatoes and slice paper thin.
- Layer potatoes and onions in baking pan, sprinkling lightly with nutmeg and pepper while layering.
- Pour milk over mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Add extra skim milk if needed.
