Ingredients
- 1 dozen medium radishes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Method
- Remove the green radish tops and their tails, wash well, and then cut each radish in half lengthwise.
- Combine the radishes with the salt, cayenne, and vinegar in a small bowl, mix well, and set aside for 3 hours, tossing every now and then.
- Drain the radishes and serve.
