Ingredients
- 6 oz. drained canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted and crushed
- 2 tsp. Chinese sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- In work bowl of food processor, combine all ingredients and process until pureed; transfer to serving bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
