- 2 Tbsp. fermented Chinese black beans
- 1/4 lb. ground lean pork
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 lb. cleaned shrimp
- 4 green onions, thin sliced
Method
- Rinse beans and mix with pork, garlic and ginger.
- In hot wok, add oil and shrimp.
- Stir-fry about 3 minutes.
- Remove from pan. Add pork mixture to pan and stir-fry about 5 minutes. Add broth and heat until boiling.
- Mix in shrimp and onions. Serve with rice, noodles and/or a bed of shredded nappa cabbage.
