Ingredients
- 1- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
- 1 lb. velveeta cheese
- 2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Slightly thaw hash browns.
- Pour into casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick coating.
- Melt velveeta in microwave, stirring every two minutes.
- When melted, stir in mayonnaise until blended.
- Pour over hash browns.
- Cover and bake about 45 minutes at 300°.
- Uncover and bake about 10 to 15 more minutes until slightly brown and bubbly.
