Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 c. cabbage, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- water as needed
Method
- In a large skillet, saute onion and corned beef together, breaking up meat as it cooks.
- Add cabbage and cover.
- Steam for a few minutes.
- (Cabbage will have retained some water from having been washed.)
- Stir occasionally, adding water to prevent sticking, until cabbage is done to your liking.
- Add margarine, salt and pepper.
