Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler or fryer chicken
- 1 pouch onion soup
- 1/2 c. apricot or peach preserves
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce or ketchup
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Fry chicken until brown on all sides; pour off fat.
- In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients well.
- Stir into skillet.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Return chicken to skillet; cook for 30 minutes.
