Ingredients
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
Method
- Whip cream; fold in brandy.
- Break cake into small pieces. Fold into cream.
- Spoon into clean 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Freeze until firm, 4 hours to overnight.
- Spoon into bowls and serve.
