Ingredients
- 1 cut up fryer
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. flour
- salt and pepper
Method
- Beat eggs, buttermilk, flour, salt and pepper.
- Soak fryer pieces while preparing cooking oil in 3-inch deep pan (skillet), temperature on medium-high.
- Dip pieces in flour and roll over and over until coating is thick.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Drain and place on paper towels.
- Try this recipe with cubed steak.
