Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • pepperoni
  • 1 jar (large) spaghetti sauce

Method

  • Beat together egg, milk, 1 cup Mozzarella, 1/2 teaspoon salt and garlic powder.
  • Break spaghetti in 2-inch pieces; cook and drain.
  • Add ingredients to spaghetti.
  • Place in a greased 17 x 11-inch pan.
  • Spread spaghetti sauce on top; sprinkle with oregano.
  • Top with 2 cups Mozzarella and pepperoni.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
