Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
- 1/2 c. scallions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
- 2 sprigs dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Clean spinach.
- Scald in boiling water briefly and drain it well.
- Saute the scallions in 3 tablespoons of butter until soft. Add spinach, parsley, dill, salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Place the spinach mixture in a well-greased 10-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
