- 2 1/4 lb pork spare ribs
- 6 (3.5 oz) turkey breast fillets, pounded thin
- 12 None fresh sage leaves
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp hot barbecue sauce
- 12 slices bacon
- 2 None zucchini, halved lengthways then cut into 6 pieces each
- 12 None sausages
- None None cherry tomatoes, grilled, to garnish
- None None lemon slices, to garnish
Method
- Place pork ribs in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 30 mins then let cool in the liquid. Drain well.
- Fold turkey cutlets in 1/2 and stuff with 2 sage leaves then secure with toothpicks. Mix ketchup, honey, lemon juice and barbecue sauce then brush over turkey and pork ribs.
- Use sliced bacon to wrap zucchini and sausage and secure with toothpicks.
- Preheat and outdoor grill. Place all meats on a grill for about 15 mins, turning frequently, until cooked through. Serve garnished with grilled cherry tomatoes and lemon slices.
