Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 5 pods garlic, minced
- 2 French breads, cut lengthwise
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 lb. jalapeno cheese
Method
- Saute butter, onion and garlic until creamy.
- Add water if too thick.
- Add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese and 3/4 pound jalapeno cheese and stir.
- Add spinach and stir.
- Let cool prior to spreading on bread.
