Ingredients
- 1 lb. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing mix
- 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
- 1/2 jar real bacon bits
- 1 pkg. large soft flour tortillas
Method
- Thaw spinach and squeeze out liquid.
- Combine sour cream, dressing mix, spinach and bacon bits in a bowl.
- Spread filling on tortillas and roll like a jelly roll.
- Lay on sheet pan with seam down.
- Cover well and refrigerate at least 5 minutes.
- Slice diagonally and serve.
