Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Mix sugar and melted butter, adding beaten egg, yeast mixture and flour.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Keep in refrigerator until ready to cook.
- Drop into well-greased muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
