Ingredients
- 3 c. squash
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
Method
- Cook squash until tender before. Drain off water; add butter, salt, pepper and milk. Mix together, then add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour in well-greased casserole dish and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
