Ingredients
- 6 medium squash
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 slices bread
- 1 small bunch green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- bread crumbs
Method
- Cut and peel squash and boil until tender. Drain, then mash. Soak bread in milk; mix with squash. Add slightly beaten eggs, chopped onions, salt and pepper. Pour all in casserole. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes. Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes.
