Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- salt to taste
- garlic (if desired)
- 1 c. water
Method
- Add onion to oil in frypan.
- When light brown, add meat, water and salt.
- Cook slowly for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until done.
