Ingredients

  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 12 egg whites
  • 2 granny smith apples, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 14 cup ground flax seeds

Method

  • Combine all ingredients, mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into nonstick muffin pans.
  • Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
  • For bread pan, cook at 375 for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Store in ziplock bags or Tupperware in refrigerator.
